Like this: being able to force the doors on the pods to open, making it easier for Steve to help the people inside to their feet and make sure they can get to where some people seem to be setting up a staging area with what supplies survived the impact.]

[She flashes him a smile, maybe teasing just a little. But also a subtle touch that says he doesn't have to worry about her.]
[ Sure, she's probably more than capable of taking care of herself, but it's in Steve's nature to always look out for his team or those he considers teammates.

So it is that the two of them manage to find their way through a good deal of pods before the evening is through and the light slowly fades.
Ava's impressive as far as Steve is concerned. She holds her ground, doesn't give up, and she's strong and clever. She keeps up with him and he's got super-serum running through his veins. By the end of it, he's pretty sure they've combed through the majority of the wasteland now scattered with empty pods.
Steve's feeling hot in his uniform, having worked up a sweat - and an appetite for whatever food supplies they might have at the encampment. After a moment or two of catching up on his breath, he heads over to Ava. ]
Looks like we're in the clear. Everyone seems to have made it to camp.
